General Bus Travel Guidelines

Following are the general bus travel guidelines set for conveniences of passengers while travelling in a bus;

Reservation: All sightseeing tours, guides are covered in tour price on the basis of location reserved by passengers. Make bookings/payment with full confirmation with service provider so to avoid any future disruptions.

Accommodation: For place to stay at destination, the service provider can book accommodations on the request of passenger. Also passengers can book place of stay in advance at their own discretion. If not, then service provider can assist them with the best accommodation and meals available that include extra applicable charges.

Seating: Seats assigned with specific seat number to passengers according to boarding pass means all personal belongings remains on your seat, overhead, or underfoot. No other passenger can overtake or place their belongings on your seat without your permission.

Luggage: Service provider carries passenger luggage on trips that defines carrying a large bag or small suitcases. Rest all items to be carried is the responsibility of passengers. So pack accordingly. In case luggage missing or item lost, then service provider is not answerable. Passengers must take care of their belongings at all times. Also service provider is entitled to check luggage of passengers only in cases of circumstances unavoidable.

Material: The buses are equipped with air-conditioning, adjustable seats, tinted windows, video entertainment systems, etc. Please be advised that when using them kindly do it with care & special needs just like you take care of your own stuffs. As using bus items properly, it helps both passenger and service provider to have a mutual relation that grows leaps and bounds.

Cleanliness/Hygiene: Cleanliness on bus is the top most priority of every passenger to follow while travelling. Circumstances which are beyond our control can be overlooked. But excluding those events, kindly note that discharging all wastes carefully not only helps the environment stay fresh but it makes your health good too.

Passenger Behavior: Passengers with violent manners or those likely to cause annoyance (discrimination/racism) to fellow passengers or bus driver/conductor will be exited from the bus/journey at any time. Causing discomfort/endangering lives during travel hampers the chances of safety which service provider cannot afford to lose.

No Smoking: Smoking or electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside bus. Use them at own discretion only when bus stops for long period breaks.

No Animals: No kind of animals are allowed to travel with passengers or stored in luggage. If found then passengers will be told to exit the journey.

Travel Tip: When part of the trip requires passengers to walk/climb according to tour summary, then it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes while doing so to avoid injury or cramps. Note an injury/fall during trip can make the whole journey worse.

Cancel Tour: We understand your need to cancel a reservation. So is advisable to contact the service provider at the earliest in order to refund passengers accordingly.

Feedback: Customers are free to give suggestions whenever possible. Even little bit of advice is worthy enough to improve the service and become best. So don’t hesitate in doing so.
