Traveling is fun and adventurous and sometimes it is life changing. The most fun part of a trip is the journey and more exciting when it is by road. I always wanted to have a solo trip and recently I had traveled to Amritsar and it was an extraordinary experience.

 Purpose of the travel
I went to Delhi in order to attend a seminar for a week. I had three days in my hand till I get back home and I had already been to Agra twice in my life. So I decided to visit Amritsar to see the beautiful Golden Temple which I had only been lucky enough to see in pictures. I decided to hit the road but I could not find a good and comfortable bus service at a reasonable rate in such short notice. Then my friend recommended tourist bus service Amritsar and I booked my ticket from my laptop at once. I was apprehensive and tensed at the beginning because, I had no long distance bus experience before.

Experience in bus

• Ambience: As soon as I boarded the bus I was really impressed with the outlook.  I booked a window seat of the premium fleet and found out that it has AC blowers above my chair. Heaters were also there for winter travels.
• Comfortable seats: There were 49 cozy recliners in the luxury coach which were comfortable as all of them had a push back feature along with a foot rest. Also seat belts were there for passengers’ safety.
• Bus entertainment: I was worried about the long boring journey as how long a person can stare outside and observe the nature. The awesome sound system and 32 inches LED came to my rescue. It made the journey more enjoyable. 
• Resources: The helper on the bus was very kind to me.  I forgot to carry a bottle of water and he was ready to lend a hand. He provided me with bottles and as per as their service regulations, it was free of cost. There are also charging operations available in the bus though it was not required by me.  
• Compartment: The driver had a different compartment to avoid any disturbances with the passengers’ compartment. 
• Stops: On my way to Amritsar there were not any unnecessary stops. The bus stopped only when there was a need like for meals or other needs.

Ending my journey
At last I have to mention that the distance of 450 km was not only fun and relaxing but also unique. The person on the bus helped me to load and unload my luggage. What is more impressive is that the bus departed on time and reached Amritsar bus station at correct time. I was so happy because I did not lose any time and had more than enough time to visit Golden temple and others. Impressed by the first-time experience, I booked from tourist bus service Amritsar for my return journey as well. Now I suggest my friends and relatives whenever they ask me, to book a bus journey from their active services.
